It´s raining horribly, still.
I had a very long dinner and conversation(s) with the Pakistani foreign ambassador last night. I love conversation. I learned so much. And he paid for everything... which was a lot. If everyone would take time to talk to different people from around the world... we would have no problems. It´s when people think they know how other people are, while they haven´t ever talked to them, that problems start.
I´ve come to a decision about next semester. I´m coming home.
I got my spanish final results back today. I passed, but barely. Therefore, I suck.
Sigh.
I´m going to an international soccer game on saturday!

before you come home - you should learn how to say 'I suck' in Spanish - YAY! I can still hardly wait to see you. Are u sure we're not messing up your plans? It's so awesome to think how much of yourself you're sharing with the stangers in a strange land - another land in the world we live in. At the People for Peace and Justice Mtg last night, we talked about how Brazil could become a strong world power. I wish our autonomous and egocentric political leadership would work in conjuction w/ people of the world. You will always be our curly-haired, cuddly, sweet baby girl! XOXO
um, i want to talk to the pakistani foreign ambassador. you are so lucky. i give you permission to go home next semester as long as you promise to be sufficiently sad at least once a month that i am not there. either that or ecstatically happy that you are one month closer to my own return. ;-)
I can hardly wait to see you too! Which brings up the question.... where is home? am I actually going to see you? I would assume you are just going back to Colorado, maybe stoppin in AK first? What did you and the Pakistani Foreign Ambassador talk about? How did you get to have dinner with him/her? Katiana's right! You are lucky!! Love you!
